Summerfolk 2011 – A Wet Year

Owen Sound’s annual Summerfolk 2011 was an extremely wet year event with torrential downpours on Saturday and Sunday. The huge Down-by-the-Bay tent was packed during the afternoon performance as everyone sought protection from the rain. National Gallery – Culture Shock

The National Gallery in Ottawa is filled with art from every era and culture. My favorite is the contemporary gallery and Andy Warhol is one of my favorite artists. Who would think Chairman Mao would look so good in red? Wow Mao!

Sauble Beach is Hot

As I travel around I make new friends in some of the unlikeliest locations and situations. In recently made a trip to Sauble Beach, Ontario one of the best in Ontario where thousands of people come to swim and sun.
